Matt has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years and has extensive knowledge in sales, management, and business development. He worked with some of the leading financial services firms in the business in various departments including sales and leadership. Matt has been fortunate enough to produce at the club level and was a member of MDRT. Now with the support of NFN, his focus is growing our New Jersey presence as we build a team of advisors to grow sustainable businesses. He is looking for coachable individuals interested in helping others do better with the dollars they earn. This business is not easy, Matt helps advisors teach their clients to look at their entire financial picture, not focus on one small area. That means walking them through the importance of cash reserves, protection, investments, tax efficiency and addressing estate liquidity.
After 25 years what has kept him interested in the business is that every day is different, no two clients are the same and he's encouraged to solve complex puzzles daily. Through the years he has met many people unsatisfied with their career path and it’s discouraging to hear but he's grateful to be one of the few who gets excited about waking up and going to work.
Matt enjoys spending quality time with his wife who is an RN and runs a surgical center, spare time is precious. He has two adult children and enjoys visiting new restaurants, wineries, and breweries. They keep busy on the weekends playing golf with friends and catching up.
