Alexander Krutiy has extensive experience in international, multi-state, and consolidated taxation across banking, financial services, and multinational organizations. He has worked on complex tax structures for billion-dollar corporations and coordinated closely with global teams.

Throughout his career, Alexander has led tax planning initiatives, managed audits, and supported mergers and acquisitions. He has also built and expanded professional firms, doubling company size and overseeing multi-state operations.

His experience extends to trust and estate taxation, and insurance advisory services. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University and is a licensed insurance broker.
