Cody brings a wealth of experience to the financial services industry, spanning over 22 years. His background, rooted in his family's John Deere dealerships in the Adirondack Mountains, fostered a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive.

Throughout his 22 year career, Cody has been instrumental in empowering financial advisors to achieve business growth. His transition to National Financial Network allows him to pursue leadership roles while continuing to leverage his passion for recruiting and business development. He firmly believes that your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.

Prior to joining NFN, Cody worked at Northwestern Mutual, where he excelled as a top intern and progressed through various sales and leadership positions. His career journey, from his early years in the National Guard to managing offices in Sarasota, Florida, and expanding a regional office in New York, demonstrates his adaptability and commitment to growth. He is dedicated to collaborating with motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to build successful financial services practices, emphasizing the importance of community financial literacy. Notably, he led a team of over 40 advisors, achieving recognition as one of the top districts in the Eastern region.

A dedicated triathlete, Cody has completed numerous IRONMAN competitions, including events in his ancestral homelands of England, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, and Norway. He currently resides in Hell's Kitchen, NYC, with his husband, Patrick, and their goldendoodle, Axl.
