Erika received an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Touro College & University and an M. S. in General, Elementary Education from CUNY College of Staten Island, and her B. S. in Science, Letters, and Society from CUNY College of Staten Island.

In the Financial Services Industry, Erika has 4 years of experience as an Administrative Partner to a Leader's Club Producer. In this capacity, she processed all professional products and implemented all systems within the practice while working in the capacity of a Sales Assistant for Registered Products, which extended her knowledge in retirement planning. Among the many skills learned and earned, she excels in building long-term client relationships.
