Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin has spent nearly two decades in the financial services industry, building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on advisor development, recruiting, and agency growth. 

Kevin was born and raised in Bournemouth, England, before coming to the United States on a Division I soccer scholarship, where he captained the Manhattan University program. He graduated in 2006 with a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. After briefly owning and operating a personal training business, he began his career with New York Life in 2009 as a financial advisor. 

Kevin quickly distinguished himself, qualifying for Council within his first six months and achieving that honor three times within an 18-month period. He advanced through the Partner Fast Track program in just 18 months and went on to become a top-performing Partner, ranking #3 nationally out of approximately 400 partners during his tenure. 

He was promoted to Senior Partner and shortly thereafter selected to become a Managing Partner, relocating to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to lead and develop a growing office. Within a year, Kevin was promoted to Vice President in the Pacific Zone, where he supported agency development and field leadership initiatives. He later returned to the Northeast to lead a top-50 office in Philadelphia, where he successfully oversaw a major office merger and drove significant growth—elevating the firm from Tier 2 to Tier 1 status and achieving a national ranking as high as #24 out of 120 offices. 

Throughout his career, Kevin has been recognized with multiple industry honors, including qualification for Gathering of Eagles three times and consistent top partner performance awards. He has a strong track record of developing leaders, building scalable recruiting systems, and driving sustained production growth. 

Kevin is currently focused on building, scaling, and leading a premier agency within the National Financial Network. He is passionate about developing entrepreneurial advisors and creating long-term growth opportunities within the firm. 

Kevin resides in Ambler, Pennsylvania with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons, Calum and Beckham. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his family, and is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular interest in soccer and MMA.
