Oleg Tsybulskiy

Oleg is a driven Financial Representative with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has worked with clients using a variety of financial products including but not limited to Life, Health, Property Casualty Insurance, Retirement, and Tax planning. Cross-sell is always an essential part of his financial presentation and consulting. He has delivered high-quality customer service by accurately profiling clients’ needs and recommending the most useful financial instruments to meet families’ financial goals and objectives. 

Recognizing that each client is unique Oleg dedicates himself to understanding and appreciating each client’s situation before making recommendations. He believes in educating clients and works diligently to help them develop achievable goals, and understand their financial choices and portfolios, He develops strategies that assist clients in attaining their personal plans in the clients’ interest.  As a financial professional, Oleg puts his clients first. 

Oleg received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Financial Planning in 1987 from Long Island University.  However, before joining the financial services industry he worked as a senior software engineer at Guardian Life insurance and Solomon Smith Barney investment company. 

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his spouse and two children. Oleg also enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking, playing tennis, and wrestling Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
