Peter Crincoli, III

Peter M. Crincoli, III has built his career in the financial services industry since 2003, focused on life insurance distribution, sales strategy, and business development. He began as a financial professional, building a strong foundation in individual protection and planning strategies. After a decade in the field, he transitioned into wholesaling and distribution leadership, eventually joining Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in 2012 as a Life Internal Wholesaler, where he provided product experience, case support, and sales coaching to financial professionals across the country. 

In recognition of his performance and leadership, he was promoted in 2019 to Regional Sales Director, Life Products, leading life insurance sales across the New England territory. In this role, he supported 15 general agencies and over 1,000 financial professionals, partnering with General Agents, Sales Managers, and Financial Representatives to drive product positioning, advanced planning concepts, and strategic sales growth. He also played a key role in spearheading regional initiatives, training, and field engagement programs to enhance productivity and client outcomes. 

In 2025, Peter took on a new leadership role as Vice President of Life Insurance at National Financial Network, a premier Guardian agency. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s life insurance strategy, driving production and profitability, and supporting business development through education, case design, and field engagement. Known for his collaborative and results-driven leadership style, he is passionate about helping financial professionals grow their practices and deliver impactful client solutions. Peter holds a B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Economics from Stockton University. He maintains Life, Accident & Health licenses and holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations. 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters—one of whom plays travel softball. When not involved in their activities, he appreciates the opportunity to play golf, stay active through workouts, and spend quality time with his fiancée, Lauren.
