Qunnell Arnold

Qunnell J. Arnold, who goes by Qu, is a financial professional with a background in accounting, banking, and insurance. A Western Massachusetts native, he has spent his career helping individuals, families, and businesses make informed financial decisions with confidence. After working in an independent environment for several years, Qu joined National Financial Network because of its collaborative culture, shared values, and genuine commitment to supporting both advisors and clients.

 

Since beginning his career in financial services after college, Qu has built his practice on trust, education, and meaningful relationships. Throughout his journey, he has learned from experienced professionals across the financial industry, helping him develop the knowledge and perspective needed to guide clients through every stage of their financial lives.

 

Qu works with individuals from all walks of life, with a particular focus on union members and first responders. He believes that financial planning should provide clarity, balance, and confidence, empowering clients to make informed decisions that align with their personal goals and long-term financial security.

 

Outside of his practice, Qu is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He serves on three local nonprofit boards as a member of their Finance and Governance Committees, supporting organizations that provide professional clothing for job seekers, raise scholarship funding for local community college students, and promote arts and cultural initiatives. He also coaches an Under-11 youth soccer team and enjoys staying active by playing basketball, soccer, and practicing martial arts.
