Walter Kasper

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Walter has dedicated his entire career to helping advisors meet the needs of their clients in an evolving marketplace. He is passionate about driving practice growth through the disciplines of practice management and the use of technology to create efficiencies and increase client engagement.
He began his career supporting the field in a variety of roles at Prudential Securities, and was ultimately recruited to join MetLife in 2004. As the Director of Practice Management, he led the implementation of their innovative teaming and succession planning programs, enabling sales professionals to join forces and leverage their collective expertise to provide more holistic solutions for their clients.
In 2014, Walter joined Prudential Advisors as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, where he led large, cross-functional initiatives to continually improve the advisor experience. After launching Prudential’s formal teaming program, he took on an expanded role and was responsible for the curation of a modern, scalable advisor technology platform.
Walter graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Stony Brook and holds both the FINRA Series 7 & 24 registrations, and his life and health licenses. He grew up on Long Island and currently resides in Hunterdon County. NJ with his wife Kellie and two children, Blake and Kiera. He enjoys fishing, and coaching youth sports in his free time.
